Open ended idea
I would say that it would probably be the implementation of more extracurricular arts and design-related activities and opportunities as well as more consideration and effort being put into the actual teaching of arts and design education. My current viewpoint is that K-12 private schools do not have a strong hold over arts and design education nor is the subject considered of much importance. It is taught, yes, but rather obscurely and in minimal sense. It needs to be taught in an engaging manner, with more enthusiasm and importance. Another suggestion for this issue is schools verifying and improving their teacher and educators' standards and expectations. Arts and design education teachers should have sufficient knowledge of what they teach and should be well-informed about arts and design. Secondly, it is Important for schools to take into consideration what resources and tools students might need in helping them learn and understand this particular subject. Not many schools bother with providing resources for Arts and Design education. Finally, I would like to mention another point, it's also significant to consider that all of the above should be taken into consideration and implemented only for specific grades and should be optional for students to choose after a certain grade in order to make sure that such activities and learning does not deviate or jeopardize the student's attention and focus from essential core subjects (Maths and Science) which are extremely important to prioritize in higher grades such as grade 10 to 12 or 13.
