For example, creating visual art like drawings or paintings can provide enjoyment and distraction from things like pain and anxiety;

Open ended idea: Keep exhibitions where kids can enroll and perform. Provide the platform for the kids to explore, basic tutors support and guidance is mandatory to encourage students to step in to the platform. Like PE add arts and design also a part in school.
