Open ended idea: Have a big art room in the school that offers various art classes (not covered in class) in the school ,as an extra curricular activity but during school hours where kids can enroll (by choice) on monthly basis and just create, let off steam and have fun. It is only when kids are happy when they will pursue art and design with the same interest as other subjects.
