We need a high school or two in the city that is dedicated to the Arts in Dubai. A school that is competitive to get into, where students must audition to be in. In countries where these exists the Arts are a major cultural export. Students spend a significant part of day in their creative subjects, and core subjects are reduced to minimum hours.
