Open ended idea:
Showing children that their creativity and out of the box problem solving will be useful at any age and in any stage of their career. Adults, leaders , line managers read what is interesting and well presented - this includes thoughtful story telling and being able to sell a pitch or proposal. I think linking arts and cultural studies into all subjects has benefit, but specifically I would like to see a yearly UOI on presentation/ digital design so the aesthetic value of work product is indoctrinated across all areas of study.
