Open ended idea: Increase the funding of all arts department so that every student will have better equipment and have good quality "portfolio". since most private schools does budget cuts even though they have enough funds to supply the arts department, and example is Music- they lack the proper equipment from my school to have BTEC-Music and A-level music which is quite sad. since there are multiple students who wanted to pursue a career in music. (This is just in regard of my school and it's more of an idea/suggestion regarding arts in general)
