Open ended idea: the idea that arts and culture is absolutely NOT just a hobby, some students GENUINELY want to pursue it as their career and study it on a daily basis, but due to reasons cannot attend outside of school. And if school doesn't give opportunities INSIDE then where is the concern for the STUDENT'S best interest?
