Open ended idea: I've had this idea, how about one entire week is just dedicated to a arts, where there r a variety of different arts available like music, drawing, drama theatrics where higher classes go to the lower one and do flip teaching out them and by the end of the week the lower grade showcases what they learned in the for of an exhibition and the older ones rate them according to a fixed criteria. This promotes a lot of good qualities. And a small addition is there is no choosing students who r interested all of them cause join for it
