Open ended idea:
Giving chance to students excelled in arts and holding competitions for talented students treating everyone equally , but also not ignoring the students who have prepared their works and speeches day and night just to showcase their talents get disappointed because their names were not taken in the list due to the respective teacher's carelessness the students get sad and heartbroken and miss their chances of showcasing their talents and this makes their hard work which the practiced day and night gets wasted . So, the biggest idea that I could say as a parent is to give chance to talented students in the school and appreciate their talents by showcasing it.
