Make it mandatory as part of curriculum. Dubai is a one and only global community involving several nationalities from the world and is an ideal place to be a global hub for Arts, theatre & Drama and cultural programmes. Make it mandatory, create stages & championships to have a "Dubai Youth festival" involving programmes from all schools and finally announce winners. Such a festival would allow kids from different cultrures/schools to interact and learn from each other, explore different cultures, arts etc. I'm sure this would attract global attention and make our future "Dubai kids" truly global and the ones looking forward by the world!
