Open ended idea: To have a special teacher that teach art and ICT because this year our school try to put for grade 1-3 the homeroom teacher to teach all subjects ( English, Math, Science, ICT and ART). This is not useful because the homeroom teacher is not specialist in ART and ICT. It is hard for them to explain for the student and they are new to ART and ICT in teaching. Is it done this way to save money instead of bringing specialist or it is luck of teacher and this is way to cover it. ART is fun before when I was a student, but now the most of students don't enjoy it as we do.
