Open ended idea: Give it a significance like the core subjects and integrate more time and teaching of ART as a subject. Actual teaching, not assigning artwork, teach kids to enjoy art and hold exhibitions, please facilitate concept like Art village / art centers across the city that are reasonable charging and where free flow art, techniques of art are taught to the gifted children. Many parents cannot afford art classes that are paid and expensive. Art and Design colleges/ university must be set up more so that talented Art students can get admitted and take up this great subject as a professional avenue.
